Grievance Redressal Cell facilities the resolution of grievances in a fair and impartial manner involving the respective Department (dealing with the substantive function connected with the grievance), maintaining necessary confidentiality, as the case may be. Any stakeholder with a genuine grievance may approach Grievance Redressal Cell.
The objective of the Grievance Cell is to develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the school. We, at All Saints School are always open to Student, Guardian & Parent Teacher Association. Suggestions or grievances can be filed at the reception desk of the school. If it is related to the student/s then the name, Class & section, admission number should be properly & clearly mentioned. A Copy of the same should be carried and it should be got received by the Admin Executive from the reception.
The school authorities will try to respond within five working days, if not then they Can seek the appointment of the Principal and give their suggestions / grievances to the Principal. Even then, if they are not satisfied with the solution of the grievance, they are welcome to meet the Chairman/Director of the school with a prior appointment.
